进入11月以来,很多事情的变得好玩起来。但任何事情看起来都像是在收尾又好像刚刚开始。不管怎么说,就好像施振荣说的,求一时也要求一世。这就是人生需要解决的一个重要矛盾。
 
在大学的时候,经常感觉到玩好游戏是一个很复杂的过程。其中的关键是你怎么深刻理解游戏规则。而且在这个游戏规则的框架下拿到最多的分数。而在现实中,你需要想的可能是衡量了众多利益后下的一个妥协的分数。在深层次点,你每天面临的规则也是非常多的,家庭下的,工作下的,朋友下的,这些种种规则下的,你要选择最优!你可能会想,这真是一个难玩的游戏啊。
 
引申到我的工作那才叫更好玩。首先,就是我开头说的,短期和长期的问题。在这个游戏中,你要赚更多的钱,唯一的方法就是客户不断的交易。这里有2个主要问题,第一,扩大成交量也就是说每两次的成交过程要非常的短。第二,客户亏钱了,客户就要走掉。所以这里的规则是客户赚钱的情况下最大程度的打成交量。结果,市场的大多数的职业人员都会叫客户去追该死又没业绩的热点。这样才能保证短时间内赚钱而达到成交量。就这样,游戏者玩了一段时间发现了一个根本问题,就是这种方法说起来容易,但很难做到,主要就是市场中太多人这样操作,结果很多这样玩得人是亏钱的。而且玩家必须付出很大的精神压力以及紧张的情绪。这样,游戏开始进化,为了更优,职业人员发现了一个更多而且安全的赚钱方法,基金,和私募基金。因为市场中太多人做短,这样做长线的人反而有更多的优势。但做长没有成交量,所以游戏规则演变成利益提成。这样客户赚钱的同时拿出一部分给职业人员。写不下去了,凑或者看吧!哈哈

30号,中国的资本市场迎来了创业板。虽然这是中国资本市场的新一页,但对于我来说, 更像是看笑话的。

第一中国的创业板的公司并不是baby公司,基本上已经运营超过10年的公司。业绩有的甚至超过5亿。成长性 更始达到了复合50%以上。这样的公司别说中小板,连主板也是绰绰有余的。第二,公司虽然复合增长率很高,但由于中国资本市场的具有稳定高成长性的公司少之又少,结果导致有的上市公司居然上市就超过了300倍市盈率。作为一个企业家,还不如干脆直接卖掉股票不作了。一上市就赚了300倍。说句不好听的,老老实实做企业不知道要多少年才能赚回这300倍。第三,对于开市那天买入投资者来说,更是悲剧的开始。300倍。

引用巴非特的话来说,退潮后,才知道谁在裸泳。在中国,退潮后,发现原来全部都在裸泳。这才是最有意思的地方。而那些因为资本市场赚钱的人,也看起来很有钱,只因为家里多了两只“500万的猫”而变的富有。

红色的十月

为了创业板,又为了将到来的十月,我买了台amazon kindle dx,为的是在旅游的时候也可以看看招股说明书.但世事难料.基本没时间看.第一需要看着小孩,第二旅游的一切也需要我打理,基本上每天也就花了30分钟在书上.其余的业余时间全部都在睡觉.8号早上到家喝完早茶,又睡了一天.总结下来,在中国旅游已经没有任何意义.其原因就是人太多.多到你觉得恐怖.除非你心里素质真的非常的好.那么,就像刘震云说的一样,挤来挤去,人心也变小了.

也是因为kindledx的原因,以前大量的pdf文档可以看了.又把很多投资类的书看了一些.然后再投资类书中的索引里找到一本好书"如何阅读一本书",有时候好书真是相见恨晚.其实这本书应该在我上大学一年级的时候看到最好.书真的很系统的教你怎么自学.而且书中还提到了很多优秀书的书目.真是获益良多.这对教育下一代也是很到的教育工具.

继续跟踪MJ报道,你会觉得不可思议。
 
太阳报里面对MJ死后的报道,可以看到MJ已经面目全非,鼻梁整个没有了。面部到处都是针孔之类的。听说做了12次整容。MJ的财务大权全部给了他的保姆。他保姆还报串说MJ已经穷到睡在前经纪人的地下室。坐飞机坐经济舱之类的。而MJ的母亲在MJ死后的第一句就是问他保姆钱在哪里。也是死后,各国的首脑还致电悼念MJ,其中不包括奥巴马。同样是死后,google的搜索引擎因为MJ事件被当机。同样是死后,有的人很悲哀或荣幸。就是和它同一天死的人。(就好像蒋介石不想他老是在他生日那天死一样)。
 
同样的时间,我也买了张MJ的盗版全集看了一晚上。感觉很震撼。尤其是他在各个国家和不同的民族的情形。还有他的歌迷那种疯狂的情形。给我的感觉就好像变形金刚里面那唯一的超级领袖死了一样,全世界失去了控制?超超级巨星!!真的很难去形容。

背后的逻辑

很多时候我也很困惑,就是k线交易量还有这些变量所代表的含义.你有时候会发现很准,有时候要你亏了大钱.是不是说,k线,交易量,均线等代表的,可以反向推导股价就要往上走.但事实证明这些方法很皮毛.因为随便一个技术上(技术分析派)调整,你就出局了.有时候可以说是无用的变量.
 
所以如果能掌握住了那些关键因素才是股价上涨的原因.那么你在股票市场将会无往不利.在简单的说,就是推高股价的真正原因是什么.这才是真正需要去考虑的.

我本来就属于慢热型。
 
上周四,按往常一样,我拿起早上的报纸,头条就是Michael Jackson因心脏病去世。感觉很突然。因为我前段时间还看到新闻说他准备来个全球演唱会。当时我还说要抓住这次机会。但显然,遗憾总是伴随你。
 
我想和我同龄的人或多或少都有和Michael Jackson的一段经历,不管如何,那都是很难从记忆中抹去的。说实话,我第一次听他的歌已经很晚了,具体时间在96年,也就是我上高中的第一年。那是相隔3年后又回到广州读书,感觉很陌生,也很害怕。而且学校在一个很偏僻的地方。入学的第一天就是他的歌和我度过的。很多时候我都是比较不喜欢Michael Jackson的歌曲。因为他的旋律总是让我想起那不安的一幕。
 
随着时间的推移,我也听了他很多新闻。包括恋童癖之类的。但他说的一段话总是让我记忆犹新,他说很多人觉得他很怪,很成功,但令他遗憾的就是他的童年。在童年他没有节日没有欢乐的玩乐,陪伴他的只有努力工作。虽然这样,这让他更对童年着迷,对儿童的爱超过了一切。这也促使了后来一首脍炙人口的歌“heal the world”.

好东西介绍

事情很简单,过程很搞笑
简单是因为,我就是为了换一个比较适用的工作包. 原因也很简单,就是感觉不爽,我喜欢看点书,但总是满足不了我.装2本就下不去了.很自然,我就想起了一个这方面的专家--大前研一.他曾经在他的书中说过他非常喜欢的一个工作包-tumi.他是这么说的"如今,我使用这个包已经20年,这个公文包的材质是制造陆军防弹背心的尼龙,因此非常耐用.公文包还附有防震的海面,一减少碰撞,掉落造成的冲击.""这个公文包也有很多的空间设计,可以整齐地放入许多随身物品,万能插座,书本,药品啥的."
 
然后我就利用google这一利器找到了tumi在广州的唯一销售处.一见到销售人员,我就问,大前研一用的那一款有没有.但销售员显然不知道我在说什么.我只能自己在那里捣腾.结果找了一个包包,我很喜欢.但还没等我开口.那个销售员就拿出了一张照片.指着说,美国现任总统奥巴马也是用这一款.我靠!我心想,妈妈的,我记得我n年前买眼镜的情形怎么这么相似.我记得那个销售员指着照片说,比尔盖茨也是用我看中一款眼镜.时间虽然一直在转,但事情好像没什么变化.
 
然后,我还是从我的思绪中走了回来,就问销售员这一款有些什么特别的功能.看的出,她此刻比较兴奋.立刻拉开一个拉链说这个是放伞的,防水不说,而且水会自动从包的一个空里流出.我觉得这的确很新奇.然后,她说,每个tumi包都有一个id,只要在网上注册,那么这个包永远都是你的.她说这个id在美国是申请了专利的.然后说这个背带是汽车的保险带材料做的,很坚硬.而且纽扣如果不是在无受力的情况下,永远不会大开.然后说这个包身上一共有22项专利.
 
当时说的我也有点被动荣了.然后我就问了价格.结果超出我的预算很多.最后还是买了!因为如果真的用20年的话.好像还是很便宜的!哈哈
